We stand behind the quality of our products and want to ensure you have a positive shopping experience. Our return policy is designed to be fair and straightforward.

Return Eligibility

Items may be eligible for return if they meet the following conditions:

  • Items are unused and in the same condition as received
  • Items are in original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • Return request is made within 14 days of receiving the items
  • Proof of purchase is provided (order confirmation or receipt)
  • Items have not been damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Items are not personalized or custom-made products

The 14-day return period begins from the date you receive your order, not the purchase date.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or customization reasons:

  • Custom-cut fabric or materials that have been cut to specific measurements
  • Opened adhesive products or consumable items
  • Special order or custom-made items created specifically for you
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards or vouchers
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Items that have been used, worn, or altered
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@artisanstudiosho.cv or call +61 2 8356 7421 with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive Authorization: We will review your request and provide return authorization and instructions within 2 business days
  3. Package Items: Securely package the items in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation
  4. Ship Items: Send the items back using the provided return address and recommended shipping method
  5. Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund

Please include the return authorization number on your return package. Returns without authorization may be delayed or refused.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned items.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.). In such cases, we will refund both the item cost and original shipping charges.

If you received a free shipping promotion, the standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider's processing time.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective items, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for replacement or full refund including shipping costs.

Please report damage or defects within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include clear photos showing the damage or defect, and we will process your claim promptly.

We may request that you return the damaged item for inspection, or we may send a replacement immediately depending on the circumstances.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

This process ensures accurate inventory tracking and allows us to process your request more efficiently. Once your return is processed, you can place a new order for the item you prefer.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your shipping receipt until the return is processed.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Please ensure items are properly packaged and insured if valuable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days after we've confirmed receipt of your return, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
